MUSICAL MIX-UP
Instructor: Heather Woodbridge
Monday through Friday 10AM-Noon with an afternoon show on the 27th.

Campers entering 3rd through 5th grades
Budding young actors and singers, grades 3-5, can hit the stage and participate in a mini-musical. Students will act, sing and dance their way through the week. On Friday, the actors will present their production to the entire camp. Students interested should be outgoing and comfortable being on stage, singing and learning lines in a short amount of time.
Cup Stacking
Instructor: Mona Northrup
Monday through Friday 10AM-Noon

Campers Entering 3rd through 5th grades
In this camp you will learn how to stack and unstack, complete 3 different cycles of cup stacking, and race against your friends. Cup stacking is a great sport for all ages. It helps with motor skill and hand-eye coordination. Come join the fun and see what cup stacking is all about!
Everyday Science

Chess Camp at Harrisburg Academy
This summer USA Chess is offering a fun and entertaining chess camp at Harrisburg Academy. Children ages 5-16, from beginner to advanced are all welcome! USA Chess is the largest and premier chess camp organizer for children in the United States. Their staff is comprised of the finest children’s chess instructors in North America. Registration options include mornings, afternoon and all-day sessions. Campers experience chess instruction and play in a fun filled environment designed to improve their skills whether they are interested in casual or competitive chess. Horsing Around
Instructor: Ms. Amy Nickol
9:00am-11:30am (Field Trip Days may be longer)
Cost: $120 per camper
A mini-camp open to children entering grades k-4. The focus of the camp will be on horses and horseback riding. Children will be taught a basic knowledge of horse breeds, horse care, and horseback riding through hands-on activities. Activities include: horse crafts; reading horse books; a field trip to “CATRA” (Capital Area Therapeutic Riding Association) in Grantville; a visit to Heritage Acres for a picnic, pony rides, and a lesson on grooming and barn safety. Special guests will visit to talk about their jobs with horses.
