TUITION

• Each week long summer camp session = $200
• Daily rate on non-field trip days (M,T,W, & F) = $45
• Daily rate on field trip days (Th) = $65

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required per each week of camp. Deposit will be credited toward summer camp tuition. Please make checks payable to Harrisburg Academy. Registration will not be complete until full deposit is received. Spaces will only be held for those who have registered and paid the deposit.

Tuition is to be paid in full for the week your child is attending on Monday morning during drop-off. Tuition may also be paid in advance.

Please Note:
* Only campers registered as partial week may pay the daily rate ($45 per day M,T,W,F and $65 per day on Th)
* Campers registered as full week must pay the $200 weekly rate
* Camp tuition (full or partial) may not be transferred from week to week unless prior arrangements (at least one week in advance) have been made with the director.
* Refunds (minus the deposit) are only available if cancellation is made two weeks in advance.

Please understand that while Harrisburg Academy tries to offer flexibility in our camp program, these policies need to be enforced to ensure fairness to all families and to our staff.

SCHEDULE
Summer Camp hours are from 9 a.m to 4 p.m. with early drop-off beginning at 7:30 a.m. and late pick up until 5:30 p.m. Our extended hours are offered free of charge.

• Monday and Wednesday are pool days
• Thursdays are field trip days
