SUMMER EXPEDITIONS DAY CAMP

Harrisburg Academy is pleased to offer another summer filled with fun and learning in 2012— we hope your student is ready to join the expedition at one of our many summer programming opportunities!
Don’t miss out - Registering early is highly suggested to ensure a space in our program! Spaces are limited and a waiting list will be available once we have reached our maximum number of campers.

Ages: Junior Kindergarten (age 4) through 6th grade

• Spartan Campers: children entering 5th through 6th grade
• Adventure Seekers: children entering 1st through 4th grade
• Early Explorers: children entering Junior Kindergarten through Kindergarten (Ages 4-6 years)

Located on campus, our Summer Expeditions day camp program helps children ages 4 through 6th grade to develop both socially and physically through organized recreational activities and positive encouragement. Campers gain self-confidence in a fun and caring environment that stresses creativity, initiative, teamwork, and fair play. Summer camp lets kids be kids as they should be. Children are given the opportunity to strengthen existing friendships and encouraged to create new ones. Campers are taken by bus to a local pool for swimming and field trips. While on campus, campers will participate in arts and crafts, games, and other activities related to the weekly theme. While children are given the freedom they need for personal development and fun, day camp also gives their parents the all-important assurance of supervision and safety.
