TUITION PAYMENT PLANS
Two payment plans are available

Payment in Full – Payment is due in full on or before August 28. Families using this plan and enrolling after this date must pay in full on or before their first day of attendance. An invoice will be mailed during July showing annual charges and the balance due.

Monthly Payments – Eleven monthly payments, starting August 1 and continuing through June 1. Payments are due the first business day of each month.

Students using this plan and enrolling after August 1 are required to make their first payment on or before their first day of attendance and after that as outlined above. Those enrolling during August, or later, will have fewer payments, but a higher payment amount.

This plan provides coupons to be used in making monthly payments. There is an annual service fee to use the monthly payment program. For details, please contact the Business Manager David Zett at dzett@harrisburgacademy.org.

PUBLIC SCHOOL BUS TRANSPORTATION
Harrisburg Academy encourages students to use bus transportation provided by their local public school district. Twelve local school districts provide transportation to and from the Academy for students residing within their district. Generally, these districts do not offer transportation to 3- or 4-year-old students. The districts are:

Central Dauphin ` Lower Dauphin Steelton-Highspire
Cumberland Valley Middletown Susquehanna Township
East Pennsboro Mechanicsburg Susquenita
Harrisburg City Northern York County West Shore

Camp Hill School District does not offer transportation.

Each of the school districts operates its own buses and develops its own schedules. Each is responsible for student safety and discipline while students are on its buses. The Academy asks school districts to deliver students to our school by 8 a.m., and to pick up students by 3:25 p.m. each school day. Public school districts will not pick up or drop off students in any other district than their own.

Students who wish to ride a public school bus from their district must complete and return a Public School Bus Transportation Form to our Business Office.

ACADEMY-OPERATED TRANSPORTATION
The Academy operates transportation to and from some areas where public school districts will not provide transportation. Currently, these areas are:

AREA                           PICK-UP/DROP-OFF POINTS

Hershey Area Hershey Medical Center ; Middletown Road

Carlisle Weis Market; Dickinson College

This transportation is available at an extra cost. Seats are purchased for a one-year period (school days only) and are available for one-way or roundtrip. This transportation service is reserved for students that do not have transportation provided by their home school districts. For example, for the Hershey bus, Derry Township students have registration priority over Lower Dauphin students.

To register for Academy-operated transportation, please contact David Zett, Business Manager, at (717) 763-7811 x316, or dzett@harrisburgacademy.org.
