Registration and Deposits
You can register for any camp week or mini-camp IN ADVANCE by dropping off a completed registration form and deposit at the summer camp registration desk in the Harrisburg Academy Gallery. Registration
for
campers
must
be
accompanied
by a
$50
non-refundable
deposit
for
each
separate
week/camp
that
you
plan
to
have
your
child
attend.
Deposits
will
be
credited
toward
tuition. Please make checks payable to: Harrisburg Academy.
On the MONDAY of the week your child is attending, you will be expected to pay the balance of the tuition owed when you bring your child(ren).
If
you
register
for
all
eight weeks of summer camp,
we
require
a
$200
non-refundable
deposit.
PARTIAL weeks and single day drop-ins are permissable but we prefer you REGISTER YOUR CHILD on MONDAYS so that we can properly prepare for the number of children that will be attending the sessions. In the case of a truly unexpected need for a drop-in, please register your child at 8:00am that day so that we can be sure to have the information we need to include your child in that day's activities.
Drop-ins are NOT allowed on most WEDNESDAYS due to the pre-planning necessary for our expeditions off campus. In order for a child to attend an expedition trip, the child must be registered for that full week of camp at will incur no additional charges. If a child is pre-registered as a partial camper, you may be required to pay an additional $25 which will cover expenses such as admission cost, off-campus meal*, etc. on our long field trip day.
* Please make sure your child(ren) bring a packed lunch every day with their name on it, unless otherwise notified.

Camp Invention Mini-camp and Jump Bunch mini-camp are not discounted, all other mini-camps are eligible for this discount.
Clothing: Regular
play
clothes
are
appropriate.
A
camp
T-shirt
is
provided
for
all
campers.
Camp
T-shirts
should
be
worn
on
field
trip
days.
Additional
T-shirts
are
available
for
purchase for $10.
Please
indicate
your
camper’s
size
on
the
registration
form.
Campers
are
assigned
a
locker
for
their
swimsuits.
We
recommend
that
all
clothing
be
marked
with
your
child’s
name
for
easy
identification.
Staff: Our
staff
consists
of
energetic
teachers
and aspiring professionals who
bring
a
wide
variety
of
talents
and
experience
to
our
program.
We
have
an
excellent
staff-to-camper
ratio
consisting
of
at
least
two
counselors
for
each age
group
of
campers. |
