Endowment Funds
An essential component of all strong academic institutions is a thriving endowment.

An endowment is a perpetual reserve of monies invested to generate earnings, a percentage of which is used for purposes designated by the donor.

Harrisburg Academy is the grateful beneficiary of endowments created by members of the Academy community to support scholarship, faculty compensation, academic programs, building projects and unrestricted use.

The Harrisburg Academy Foundation houses and oversees these funds, with investment services provided by The Foundation for Enhancing Communities (TFEC; formerly Greater Harrisburg Foundation). TFEC has a longstanding record of investment performance and gift stewardship and we are quite pleased with this partnership.

Our endowment continues to grow thanks to a combination of new contributions and investment earnings.
