The Biggest Advantage to Teaching at an Independent School:

Our class sizes allow for amazing personal growth in the students' abilities, as well as the flexibility in curriculum to teach for the future and learn from the past.

Why I Love Harrisburg Academy:

We have a rich heritage of excellence, and the best students I have ever worked with. They have amazing futures ahead of them, and it is an honor to be a part of their growth.

A Memorable Moment at the Academy:

Harrisburg Academy hosted an a cappella group from Yale University, the Spizzwinks(?) in January. They just lit the student body on fire and worked with our Upper School Choir after school.

My Favorite Book:
I am currently reading "The Inextinguishable Symphony" by Morton Goldsmith. It is an amazing true story of how music saved the lives of many during the Holocaust. At the moment, it is definitely a favorite book and a powerful tale.
