The Biggest Advantage to Teaching at an Independent School:

Smaller classes allow for much better pacing of the material being studied.

Why I Love Harrisburg Academy:

I have enjoyed the focus I see on academics and looking forward to the future with a positive attitude.

A Memorable Moment at the Academy:

I was very impressed at my interview when I was invited early to join approximately 15 students for a lunch-n-learn Skype conversation with a former Academy graduate in Boston who graduated from MIT.  He shared his candid advice to the Academy students present.

My Favorite Book:

"A Short History of Nearly Everything" by Bill Bryson.  The chapters range from the cosmos to atoms to mankind.  The bibliography is a very smart list of the correct sources to read to understand these topics to their fullest.
