Schedule

Please note that camp schedules are subject to change at the discretion of the director and may be based on weather conditions.

Children must be under direct adult supervision at all times. Campers may not be dropped off without advance registration and payment. Children who are left on campus will be taken into our temporary care and will be charged $20 per 15 minutes or any part thereof for a maximum of two hours. This money will not be applied toward subsequent camp fees. This fee must be paid by credit card, debit card, money order or cashier’s check before the child will be permitted to return.

Summer Expeditions:
Summer Expeditions Camp hours are 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Early drop-off beginning at 7 a.m. and late pick-up until 5:30 p.m. are included in the Summer Expeditions fee.

Mondays and Wednesdays are pool days; Thursdays are field trip days (with the exception of when a holiday falls on one of these days) for Summer Expeditions. Field trip departure and return times vary and are communicated the week prior. Parents are encouraged to check in with the camp director for the most up-to-date information about specific activities.

Campers are expected to arrive on time for scheduled activities each day.  Please advise the camp director in writing about late arrivals, early dismissals, or mid-day pick-ups with as much advance notice as possible so that staff can plan accordingly.  Campers who arrive after an activity has started are not guaranteed participation in that activity. Campers who arrive after the final count has been given to field trip venues may be charged an individual ticket price rather than a group ticket price.  As much as possible, bus departure times will be kept. In the event that the bus is kept waiting, a fee of $15 per hour or part of an hour will be charged to the camper’s family.

Campers may not enter the building before staff starts at 7 a.m.  All pick-ups must be completed prior to 5:30 p.m. For each camper who is still on campus past 5:30 p.m., there is a late fee of $20 per 15 minutes or part thereof.  This amount must be paid by credit card, debit card, cashier’s check or money order before the camper may return. After three late pick-ups, a meeting will be scheduled with the director and/or head of school.  Additional instances of late pick-ups may result in dismissal from the program. There will be no refunds for dismissal due to lateness.
